Real Estate Ambitions for 2014

It’s been a fantastic year in Nelson real estate! I’m so grateful for all the wonderful achievements and milestones which have come to fruition in my world over the past 12 months.

With the New Year quite literally at our doorstep, what better time to clarify our goals and aspirations for 2014.

Real estate can be an emotionally challenging industry. If you are a residential or commercial property sales consultant, or have experienced buying or selling your own home, I am sure you will agree!

Like a lot of demanding careers, being in real estate can be tough. But, that doesn’t necessarily mean we need to “toughen up” as people.

It’s important to stay grounded, remain true to our intrinsic values, and work with integrity at all times.

With that in mind, my main goal for the year ahead is to grow, by learning to take the highs and lows that come with working in this industry, allowing them to build in me a greater character.

I aim to stay unshakable when the going gets rough and humble when things are going great.

When setting your 2014 goals, remember that ‘without vision, people cast off restraint’. In other words, to achieve the goals that are before us, it is necessary to discipline ourselves for that task.

What are your goals and aspirations for 2014? I would love to hear your thoughts and comments.
